What founders say after working with me.
The strongest signal in coaching isn't a certificate — it's a founder who keeps coming back, and sends their leaders too. Below are two on-record testimonials, and the companies whose founders and CXOs I've worked with. No invented quotes. No borrowed names.
Two founders, in their own words.
The people who have actually been in the room — over years, under real pressure.
"Naina is the longest-standing coach I've ever had, and the most demanding. Every leader I've sent to her comes back sharper."Vikram Chopra · Founder & CEO, CARS24
"During the transition from Grofers to Blinkit - Naina was the uncomfortable but necessary voice pushing everyone, including me, to seek more clarity."Albinder Dhindsa · CEO Eternal / Founder Blinkit
More on the operating experience behind this — over a decade inside Zomato and embedded through the Grofers→Blinkit transformation — on the about page.
Founders & companies she's worked with.
I coach 12+ founders and CEOs at some of India's defining tech companies. A representative set:
Across these, the work is the same: clearer judgment, a wider field of view under load, and decisions that hold up under pressure. Not advice for its own sake. See how that translates into what a CEO coach actually does and the ways to work together.
Why there are only two quotes here.
Most of this work is confidential by design. Founders talk to a coach about the things they can't say anywhere else — so I don't publish private endorsements, and I don't manufacture testimonials to fill a page. The two quotes above are on record because those founders chose to put them there.
If you want a stronger signal than any quote, ask the founders directly. The ones who have worked with me will tell you the truth — including the uncomfortable parts. That's the whole point of the work.
The credentials behind it are independently verifiable: a Master Practitioner trained at the MIT Centre for Systems Awareness (verified profile), PhD scholar at MGM University, TEDx speaker, and author of three books including CULTure at Zomato.
Before you decide.
The honest way to judge a coach is to look at the work, not the praise.
