Who you are and what you're building, the decision or tension actually on your mind right now, and what you're hoping changes. You don't need a tidy brief — the real, unpolished version is more useful.
The figures on Ways to Work are the starting shape, not a fixed rate card. All fees are exclusive of 18% GST; in-person travel is billed at actuals. Final scope and terms are agreed together.
Coaching conversations stay private. I don't name clients to their own investors or anyone else without explicit consent — discretion is a precondition of the work, not a courtesy.
